Apprehending True Joy

In our series, "Living Life with Joy", we are faced with many opportunities to find true Joy. Paul has encouraged us through the book of Philippians that Joy is not determined by what we do, but what Christ has done in us and through us. As Paul concludes his encouragement to us he wraps up his thoughts by saying, "Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say rejoice". Learning to be content in all circumstances and finding the mystery of contentment through peace with God.

Is there a true sense of Joy through all of your circumstances, including the difficult ones? I hope that we have learned more about enduring hardship and continuing with a deep sense of Joy in the Lord through it all. This was Paul's greatest hour for the church. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," and "I rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say rejoice"!
